Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Product Quality
All our jewellery is crafted with long-lasting micro gold plating / premium polish.
With proper care, the shine stays for a long period.
However, since this is fashion jewellery, we do not provide any guarantee or warranty related to:
- Lifetime colour guarantee
- Polish guarantee
- Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals
- Breakage after usage
- Rough handling
🔹 Return Policy
We do not accept returns for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Size issues
- Liking/disliking
- Colour difference due to lighting
Return/Replacement is accepted only for:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item
🔹 Replacement for Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it FREE of cost.
To approve your replacement, kindly share:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of damaged product
- Order number
Without an unboxing video, replacement cannot be processed.
🔹 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when:
- Replacement is not available
- Product is out of stock
Refunds take 3–7 working days.
return / damage / replacement / request must be raised in 24 hour
once we receive the request we will delivery new product in 7 business days
refund will be credited in 5-7 business days to the original bank account
shipping : order will delivered in 7 business days
🔹 Conditions for Replacement
Replacement is valid only if:
- Damage is shown clearly in unboxing video
- Product is unused
- Original packaging is intact
- Request is made within 24 hours of delivery
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Nose pins
- Discounted items
